Throughout his career, he has specialized in leading complex, multi-departmental operations to elevate the total student experience. By integrating disparate programs into cohesive, high-performing ecosystems, he drives institutional retention and makes the transition to campus life seamless for families. As a collaborative strategist, he builds authentic teams rooted in shared leadership, strategic precision, and community empowerment, creating environments where staff feel inspired to lead.

A hallmark of his approach is the ability to bridge academic rigor with practical support. At the University of Indianapolis, he co-led a cross-functional team to reimagine the First-Year Experience. By redesigning the curriculum to incorporate Dr. Saundra McGuire’s metacognitive framework from Teach Yourself How to Learn, he equipped incoming students with critical self-regulation tools.
